Consultation Terms

What the free 15-minute introductory consultation is, and what it is not.

Scope

The consultation lasts approximately 15 minutes and is introductory in nature.

It does not include document review or detailed legal advice.

It does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A relationship begins only once EFAL confirms acceptance of an engagement in writing.

Conflicts and confidentiality

We run a conflict check before the call, which is why we ask for the names of relevant parties.

Please share only a general outline at this stage and do not send confidential documents with the booking form.

Rescheduling

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel a booked call.
